All orderd items will be shipped by GLS (General Logistics Systems). Additionally our german customers can choose a shipment by TNT Express. The forwarding & packing
expenses depend on the destination, the weight of your ordered products and the kind of delivery you chose. In isolated cases we reserve the right to take out
a transport insurance in addition to our regular forwarding & packing expenses - on your account.
Please note: For items sent to a non-EU country,
import fees and taxes may be levied at arrival in the country of destination.
Customs charges always have to be borne by the recipient.
Since customs regulations differ significantly from country to country,
we cannot provide any information about the amount of these fees.
Please contact the local customs authorities for further information.

Please contact us via phone or email if the weight of your order is more than 40 kg. In this case we will calculate the forwarding charges for you individually.
Our invoices have to be paid within maturity and without any deductions.
All charges for incoming payments from abroad (cheque/bank transfer) will be charged to your account.
