Withdrawal policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after fourteen days from the day:
- on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquired possession of the goods, provided that you ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these goods are delivered together;
- on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquired possession of the last good, provided that you ordered several goods as part of a single order and these goods are delivered separately.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (GRÜN aixtema GmbH, Philipsstraße 8, 52068 Aachen, Germany, telephone: +49 (0) 241 / 705150, e-mail: shop@aixtema.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal online via our withdrawal function at: https://shop.aixtema.de/Withdrawal-Form. If you use this online function, we will provide you, without undue delay, with an acknowledgement of receipt of your withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail), including the content of the withdrawal declaration and the date and time of its receipt.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. This does not apply to supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalised;
for the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
for the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the conclusion of the contract of sale, where delivery can only take place after thirty days and whose actual value is dependent on fluctuations in the market which cannot be controlled by the trader;
for the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts:

for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if they were unsealed after delivery;
for the supply of goods which are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other goods according to their nature;
for the supply of sealed audio recordings, sealed video recordings or sealed computer software, if they were unsealed after delivery.
