Please note that when purchasing the inspection fee, your devices can only be tested and evaluated in accordance with the standards predefined by LANCOM.
It is not possible to cover or assess every individual fault scenario under this scope.
Please note that we are a certified LANCOM service partner and will make your data available to LANCOM as part of this verification.
After payment of the LANCOM inspection fee has been received, you will receive an RMA document with all the information you need to send in your LANCOM device. Please send us your device only after an RMA number has been assigned to you. Devices without an RMA number cannot be identified and therefore cannot be processed.
By purchasing the inspection fee and paying the one-time shipping costs for sending the device to us, the return shipment of your device is covered.
Please note that options from the original device will not be transferred. If the option registration is not older than three years, it can be transferred by LANCOM for a fee.
